NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS

• Proof of residence (current electric, water or gas bill, tax statement, lease or rental agreement) Cell phone bills are not acceptable

NEW STUDENTS

• Student's birth certificate 
• Student's current immunization record
• Student's Social Security Card
• Parent or guardian's photo ID
• Report Card or Transcript from previous year

PREKINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2012-2013

Prekindergarten is available to eligible LWISD children four years of age on or before September 1 of the current school year who meet eligibility requirements in one or more of the following areas:

• Child is unable to speak and comprehend the English language. Language test will be given at registration.
• Child is Educationally Disadvantaged – Verification of income required.  (Eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program)
• Child is an Active Military Dependents – Military ID required
• Child is Homeless. McKinney-Vento form provided at registration.
• Child who is in or ever has been in conservatorship of Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS). Documentation from CPS is required.

Pre-K registration will take place at Effie Morris, Marine Creek or Marilyn J. Miller for eligible LWISD residents.
