 Registration information for all students NEW AND RETURNING to the district

New students to the district will need to bring:

·       Birth Certificate

·       Social Security Card

·       Immunization/Shot Record

·       A proof of residency (Example: TXU Electric, TXU gas, water bill, or copy of lease) 

Cell phone bill will not be accepted.

Returning students will need to bring:

·       A proof of residency (Example: TXU Electric, TXU gas, water bill, or copy of lease) 

Cell phone bill will not be accepted.            

·       If the “Free and Reduced-Price Meals” application has not been returned to the Child Nutrition Department, it will need to be filled out at registration.

Pre-Kindergarten (4 years old by Sept. 1, 2011) will need to bring:

·       Birth Certificate

·       Social Security Card

·       Immunization/Shot Record

·       Copies of the last two paycheck stubs for all working members of the household

·       A proof of residency (Example: TXU Electric, TXU gas, water bill, or copy of lease) 

Cell phone bill will not be accepted.
